”Life Should Have A Meaning.”

I have seen a lot a people running through the maze of life pausing to think of its meaning.

Does what I’m doing in this moment matter?

You know in life we see a lot of things that change your life, feeling that what you’re doing has a real purpose and meaning that matters to you can make a huge difference in your life. It makes getting up each day the most exciting things in the world. You cannot wait for the time, You are the one who has to decide that time. Now Forget trying to force yourself to work hard, it becomes more important to remind yourself to take breaks to eat!!

But !!Here is the real question? How can we cultivate a more meaningful life? An answer is usually Complicated. But I Think It depends on many factors. These are few of my ideas I believe that will help to find a meaning in your life every day, So Now, you can’t wait to get in the morning and see what the day will bring.

#Mark Things What’s More Important-

Start marking things whats more important to you. Write down your 5 things that you believe are the essence of how you want to live life. This can include things like giving time to family, or if you like singing songs every day.” It include more complex ideas, like ”honesty” and ”simplicity”’.

#Life Give One Chance Don’t Waste it-

I believe everyone has right to pursue their passion in life. It’s what makes life worth living, and gives our lives a true meaning and purpose. Each time you work on something you love, it creates joy inside you like nothing else. Finding a way to use your passion to give back to the world will give your life ultimate meaning. If you can’t manage or you are not ready to work on your passion for a living, be sure and make time for it every day who knows working on your passion and becoming an expert in it, will eventually have the opportunity to make money from it. Don’t Miss this time, utilize it, trust me, you will enjoy life by doing what you like to do most.

Discover Your Life Purpose-

If you had to give yourself a reason to live, what would it be? What would you stand for? What principle do you hold highest? Is your life’s purpose to help other people? Is it to inspire others with great work or arts or your words? Finding your life’s purpose is a daunting task, and when I first heard the idea, I had no idea where to start. For methods on discovering your life’s purpose, So I started reading different articles and book on this topic. You get lots of idea for discovering your life purpose.

# Focusing on One Goal:-

Rather than chasing 3 or 4 goals and making very little progress on them, place all of your energy on one thing. Focus. This is the other way to be much more successful. Try and align your goal with something you are passionate about so that there will be an intrinsic drive to work hard and do well.

#Value People More Than Things:-

Often, we waste money to buy material goods. I recommend you consider carefully what you purchase, and think more about spending your money on experience with friends and family. Not only will this give deeper meaning to your life by focusing on your relationships rather than material wealth, but you will be a happier person as a result.\

#Living Life with Compassion-

I remember a proverb-‘‘ One must be compassionate to one’s self before external compassion.-Dalai Lama.

For some, compassion is the purpose of life, what gives it meaning, and what leads to ultimate happiness.

#Finding A Way To Give Back:-

Do something that both honors your belief and passions while giving something back to the world. By giving something back, we inevitably find purpose in the act. By cultivating more of these activities, you will find your life has more meaning and purpose behind it.

# Setting Goal On Daily Routine

In the morning, before you start your day, create a list of 3 Goals that you find fulfilling and meaningful. Make sure they adhere to set of principals and beliefs. Start Tackling the hardest things first!! Make Your list look Short and Sweet to avoid Confusion. By trying to do less, you’ll end up doing more.

la vie sans mère(LIFE WITHOUT MY OTHER-HALF)!!)

You Know, I have learned one thing in my life, That is having your parents with you is the best thing you can ever have. That love and compassion cannot be replaced with anything. So God cannot be present everywhere, so, he created mothers! You lose your mother- Exactly it feels like you literally lose your world!

It’s a Big time to appreciate what we have and how lucky you are to have them in your life.

This article today I’m writing just to express my thoughts and view towards how exactly it feels life without mom, I know, It’s hard to convince yourself to move on because your attachment with your mother and the memory you shared cannot be replaced with anything.

If I was overwhelmed by the insecurities of young adulthood, she served as my rock and confidence. My Mother and I were interwoven, two threads running through the same stitch, navigating tragedies of life together. When she died five years back, I felt betrayed but began to search for meaning.

While there are moments when I feel stranded and abandoned, terrified of the unknown future, I am beginning to uncover lessons that she left behind. This is what I’ve learned from my mother and through her death thus far.

If You Don’t like something, own it.

When we let go of shame and our fear of judgment, we free ourselves to do what we want.

After my mom finished her last round of dialysis, she made a vow to stop worrying as much about others thoughts. From there on out, she did what she wanted.

Life is too short to do things for approval or to avoid conflict. If you don’t like where you are, get up and leave. If you don’t like what the waiter brought you, order something else. If you aren’t happy with what someone says, respectfully let them know. You must be your own advocate.

The most honest I am, the more I love. I have a difficult time being honest when I feel negative and vulnerable. Since my mother’s death, I practice expressing myself even if another’s responses isn’t what I imagine. If it goes well, I only feel closer to the person I am honest with. If we don’t see eye to eye, then I feel closer and stronger within myself.

Be Willing To Spend Money On Experiences:-

My Mother and Her family grew up extremely poor. They immigrated to other state and lived in my grandfather’s assigned house, squeezing five people into the tiny house attached to shop.

Despite her childhood poverty, instead of gripping onto money earned, she believed in spending to create an incredible experience. She always paid for friends to join for family events and dinners, in order to include all who were important to me.

Dining out at different restaurants was one of her pleasure, and she told each guest to order whatever they wanted. She believed that good quality food meant good quality life. She planned wild trips to other places and made sure to include strange excursions so that the memories would live with us.

Don’t worry about saving every penny. I believe that if you have the means to let go, then let go. There’s nothing like sharing laughter with a friend over a good meal or the adventure of taking a last minute road trip to a nearby state. If you have the money and you can afford to relax with it, spend it. Spend it, because you can’t take it with you to the grave.

Your Story And Talent Are Needed:-

My mother’s friends call me to confess how amazed they were by her willingness to help. Even if you think your experience isn’t valuable, it is. My mother never felt like she knew or accomplished enough, but she used all her life experience and knowledge to help people. You never know when you give will be returned. Because of all of the support my mom gave, I have an international community of people who want to support me.

There is always a friend or acquaintance who can benefit from your support or someone who wants to know that another person has forgotten what they’re going through now. Don’t remain silent. Share your self and recognize the value in your individuality.

Find A Little Things To Be Grateful For In Each Moment:-

After my mom died, many of my illusions and fantasies were shattered. I realized how disconnected from reality, I could be, absorbed in my world of false fear and anxieties.

This single moment is all there is to live. Longing for the future or the past is indulging a mental fantasy.

Find the best thing in each moment even if it’s small. Recognize at least one thing that you are grateful for in order to practice bringing yourself back to where you are. This will help to feel the joy in the mundane and the preciousness in the practicalities of life.

Do Not Take Unnecessary Advice Everyone Gives You:-

Try not to let the common sense or” better sense” of others confuse your own intuition. Gather opinions if you are uncertain about a decision, but return back to your own internal guidance system. Allow others’ advice to help strengthen your intuition by tossing out what doesn’t resonate and hold onto what does. This will help you get clear about what is really true for you.

You’re Never Too Old To Try Something New:-

My mom constantly wanted to know learn and to be more. She wanted to be a singer and fulfilled this by singing Wherever she gets a chance to sing. I believe that it’s best to narrow down what is most important to you to accomplish. Some of us have a list of things we want to master, but it’s best, to begin with, one goal and to give your consistent attention.

There is something admirable about committing and seeing something to the end. Try not to give up halfway if it gets tough. Like my mother, push on until you get what you looking for, but don’t ever tell yourself it’s too late to step into the dream.

''Few Steps Of Happiness''.

How do you stay happy all the time? Is it possible and is there any proof that these ways can work? In this post, I want to show you few steps for a happy life.If I say ”Happiness” what comes in your mind?

”Think Positively- ” Happiness is the precursor to success.”

I know Its Sounds like pie in the sky …there are lot of facts are impinging on your happiness such as stressors, hassles, successes, economic circumstances, relationships and so on, According to Research, it has been predicted 10% of long term relationship and remaining 90% is how you process the world around you. If happiness is on the other side of success, It is unlikely you will get there as you continually strive to get better grades, higher salaries and so on. According to Researchers, it is said that positive thinking raises energy levels, creativity, and productivity by as much as 30%. The secret is to use positive thinking now, rather than even you are rich and famous.

Trash All Your Negative Thoughts”:-

As I Have experienced some people are overwhelmed by their negative thoughts and they have real problems in getting rid of them. A University of Madrid study found that by actually writing these thoughts down on a piece of paper and then destroying them was effective. They recommended that you either tear them up, throw them in the trash or burn them, All on you!! The facts of discarding them physically do help in reducing their toxic effects. Psychologists suggest doing this on a regular basis.

”Treasure Your Experiences more than your possessions”:-

Thomas Gilovich, a psychologist at Cornell University has done quite a lot of research as to why it is better to treasure memorable and pleasant experiences rather than the material things we buy. Comparing Possessions and looking at better objects after purchase can be demoralizing and ruin the initial pleasure we got when purchasing and taking possession of that new car, t.v or another computer.

But Treasuring experiences is not nearly as destructive. They Belong to us, they are special and they provide longer lasting happiness. We should always aim to visit a new place or just go trekking. Local authorities should be able to provide the facilities in towns and cities so that people may experience more enjoyable and pleasurable activities, rather than building more shopping malls.

Write Things Why You Are Grateful”-

Feeling and thinking about the things you are grateful for as you wake up is a great way to build more happiness.

Research on our brain shows that we always tend to focus on the negative things of life like those worries, tragedies, failures, and discontent. Negativity is the default position. “We’ve got this negativity bias that’s a kind of bug in the stone-age brain in the 21st Century”.

This is why we need to focus on the good and more especially, we need to hone in on what we should be grateful for. There are various ways you can do this. Here are some idea:-

# When you wake up, remind yourself mentally of three things that you can be grateful for.

# Some people prefer to write down three things and keep the list to remind themselves every now and again.

# Use Twitter or Facebook if you feel inclined. Useful to remind yours follows that this does actually work.

#Express gratitude by phoning your significant other or by treating a colleague to coffee for their help with a project or task.

#Try giving back by helping a person or by volunteering for a few hours a week.

Practice Mindfulness”:-

What does mindfulness mean? It just means that you concentrate and pay full attention to the present and accept it in a non-judgemental way. This is now becoming a popular trend in psychology and medicine. When done regularly it can boost mood, reduce stress levels, and leads to a better quality of life.

Focus on the present moment means that you can savor touch, smell and other physical sensations but also happy feelings. Concentrate on the joy they are giving you. It is really effective forgetting about the past and not fretting about future, fearful scenarios.

”Dedicate A Little Time For Helping Others”-

People buy bigger houses, cars, and phones but it does not seem to increase their overall happiness in the long term, although it might cause a brief spike in happiness. That is short lived. Researchers have found that when we dedicate a little time or money to helping others, this has a significant effect on our own happiness.

”Focus On The Life You Want To Live”:-

It is said that

”The heart goes where the head takes it, and neither cares much about the whereabouts of the feet.”

We often talk about winning the lottery and where we would go and above all what we would buy. We might even talk about giving to charity. But we never or rarely talk about what our state of mind would be and how much happier and carefree we would be. This is why focusing on priorities to get the life you want to live is so important.

”Just Focus On Your Strength”-

Are you curious, open-minded or brave? How are you using these strengths to improve your life and that of others? These are keys questions but people who exploit their strengths rather than dwelling on their weaknesses are generally much happier.

Being able to realize our full potential through exploiting our strengths is one of the best ways of finding happiness to make the world a better place.

(AfterLife)-Life After Death.

AfterLife- With Religious View-

First of All, Do you Believe In Life After Death- One day we all gonna die sooner or later, What you think once we leave this life, how would be life after death, There are lots of questions comes in my mind, ”As Being A Buddhist Follower” I do have a deep respect for Buddhist philosophy and I do Believe in Karma and Life after Death (AfterLife). As I know about it, It is a consciousness continues to exist after the death of the body. According to various ideas about the Afterlife, the essential aspect of the individual that lives on after death may be some partial element, or the entire soul or spirit, of an individual, which carries with it and may confer personal identity or, on the contracy, may not, as in Indian Nirvana. It sounds more may be naturalistic or supernatural, But it is in contrast to the belief in oblivion after death.

This continued existence often takes place in a spiritual realm, Its a belief that the individual may be reborn into this world and begin the life cycle over again, likely with no memory of what they have done in the past.

In other cases like in those in the Abrahamic tradition, hold that the dead goes to a specific plane of existence after death, as determined by God, or other divine judgment, based on their actions or beliefs during life. In Indian religions, its says that the nature of the continued existence is determined directly by the actions of the individual in the ended life.

”Have You Ever Imagined How Life Gonna Be After You Leave This World”? Lets Check What Science Has To Say About After Life.

AfterLife With Science View-

Even Science say that life after death has been ” confirmed” by scientists who have discovered consciousness continues even once a person has died.

Science says that ”Thoughts do carry on after the heart stops” Amazing!!! But How…

It had been believed the brain stopped all activity 30 seconds after the heart had stopped pumping blood around the body, and that with that, awareness ceases too.

“One Who Has Experienced Death And Came Back To Life” Testimonials”

The one who said that they had experienced some awareness, They said their experience was consistent with the feeling of an outer body experience- where one feels completely aware, hear and see what’s going on around them after death. The man was able to recall with eerie accuracy what was going on around him after he had ‘died’ temporarily.

''The Buddha's View About Karma''.

OK!!!!But What is Karma?

Karma refers to the spiritual principle of cause and effect where intent and actions of an individual influence the future of that individual or it refers to action driven by intention which leads to future consequences.

Karma is the memory of our souls, which means it’s often long- standing even stemming from prior lives. Indeed, the course of our current life is mostly predetermined by earlier Lifetimes; what we didn’t finish then we come back to finish now.

What we didn’t ”make right” in our last life will persistently present itself in this one, like an uninvited guest who won’t leave. Unpleasant situations are the consequences of lingering karma, which can always be reversed and resolved. acknowledge these properties of past karma that still affect you, in order to erase the energy carried over from former lifetimes.

WITHOUT EVEN KNOWING IT, YOU MAY BE EXPERIENCING KARMA THAT ORIGINATED SEVERAL LIFETIME AGO.

Karma has no Expiry Date:-

Karma is the luggage your soul carries on its trip from life-to-life. Unfortunately, unlike luggage at the airport, this particular baggage never gets lost, which means you’re stuck with it until you open it up and sort through its ancient contents. Without even knowing it, you may be experiencing karma that originated several lifetimes ago. But when you do dig through your Karmic suitcase, then finally, you can confront your outstanding karma and lighten your energetic load.

No Person in your life-From your mother to your spouse to your mailman- It’s Just a Coincidence.Everyone is placed into your life strategically for a reason. While you have the free your best efforts. Acknowledge the role of each person in your life. Why are they there? What have they come to teach you and vice versa? What is the Karma’s you’re mean to experience with this person? The sooner you acknowledge the truth of the karma you share with someone( whether it’s good or bad), the sooner you can settle it.

At Last Whatever You Have Done, You Become-Thanks to the media, we often think karma as ”what goes around comes around”. But the reality of karma is more expensive than just being ”Punished” for our bad deeds- there exists positive karma, just as much as negative karma. If you stole, others will steal from you in following lives. If you nourished, you will be nourished. Your actions throughout your various lifetimes become the circumstances of your being.

Roles often reverse- One of the most fascinating facts about karma is that it often causes us to reincarnate in a reversed manner. This means that your parent may have actually been your child in a former life. Then before reincarnating in this lifetime, the souls agreed on the take on the opposite act. Souls switch genders, too. Positions shift throughout lifetimes based on karmic need; whatever dynamic is needed to repair or heal karma will be manifested through changing roles in our cycle of lives on earth. The people you know now may have had a very different impact on your previous lives!!.

Karma Repeats To Produce New Results: There’s a greater reason that karma repeats itself, and it’s not to cause you pain; It’s to teach you o take different actions for different results. If you’re attracting the same type of partners into your life over and over again, it’s time to stop and inspect your choices; Why Do Similar People keep coming in? What should you be doing differently?

This calls for honest introspection and evaluation of your own faults and weaknesses, which is admittedly hard to do. Don’t be afraid to look within. Recognize what must be changed inside of you so as to change what’s outside of you. Then, you can modify your behavior to end karmic patterns and progress in your potential.

Past-life karma is resoundingly present in your current life. Muster up the courage to open your karmic suitcase and rid yourself of its wanted contents today; this acts alone will change your destiny for lifetimes to come.
