''Are We An Empath Or A Starseed''

The just man is not the product of a day, but of a long brooding and a painful birth. To become a power for peace, a man must first pass through experiences which lead him to see things in their different aspects: it is necessary that he have a wide horizon, and breathe various atmospheres–in a word, from crossing, one after another, paths and points of view the most diverse, and sometimes the most contradictory, he must acquire the faculty of putting himself in the place of others and appreciating them.

A person thought to have the ability to perceive or experience the emotional state of another individual is called Empath.Starseeds are highly evolved souls whose soul origin is from the stars or the higher dimensional realms of existence. They originated in star systems like the Pleiades, Sirius, Andromeda, and Lyra.

Starseeds are those souls with past life or parallel experiences in the higher dimensions who are remembering this link and truth in the physical. They have come to earth with a very specific mission: to serve in the awakening of Gaia and humanity.

Starseeds are those humans who have awakened to remember their galactic, light, and higher vibrational origins and connections

The Cosmos is within us. We are made of starstuff. The nitrogen in our DNA, the calcium in our teeth, the iron in our blood, the carbon in our apple pies were made in the interiors of collapsing stars.”

We are all starstuff, but some are StarSeeds. Some people never feel like they are actually from “here”. They feel different, uncomfortable, not part of the whole. There is always this desire to “go home” but they don’t know where “home” really is. Most Starseeds are empaths, but not all.

I believe empathy is the most essential quality of civilization.

Since all these are going on at the same time, it’s understandable but still frustrating since not all traits point to the same thing. The long and short of being an empath is “feeling the emotions of others as if they were your own”.Keep in mind that once an empath has learned control of their gift, these “traits” aren’t there anymore. We can (mostly) handle the bad aspects (including health issues) and we just utilize our gift(s) to help others.

  1. As an empath, who has gone through multiple “moltings” of ill-suiting behaviours, whilst learning the various forms of putting myself in the situations of others, I can also sense that a good portion of my spiritual and mental energy is derived from worlds beyond this one- perhaps from those which no longer exist. I don’t feel like my entire being once existed somewhere else, but some of me did.

I consider myself an Empath and have never really felt like I belong here. Thanks for writing about this!

  3. Empaths… Ah yes, I identify with that. It can be combined with ‘Sensitives,’ because as such we cannot always turn it off when too much info arrives in the form of a destructive energy.

I cannot stay long in crowds… The very act of walking through a shopping mall gives me a severe headache because I pick up all the nervous energy, and the frustrations of busy shoppers.

Conversely, I love trees and green spaces. Holding on to the trunk of a tree fills me with the most beautiful sensation of calmness. These ancients hold secrets that we can only imagine. If time were speeded up to make a 400 year life span of a tree fit into 1 year, we would see this life form as a thinking, breathing, changing, moving sentient being rather than just a ‘tree.’ That is what empaths see…sentience everywhere.

  4. So Wonderful to connect with a Empath blogger! An empath I am! As well as a HSP. I often feel as I don’t fit in. Wandering along, looking for a home, for a purpose, on this planet. So wonderful to connect with kindred souls.
