It is now the end of a year and we are all in Vacation mood and waiting for Christmas to come and followed by New Year so that we can go out on holiday which was planned a couple of months before. The excitement to celebrateΒ Merry Christmas And Happy New Year have gone to next level and everyone is very eager to enjoy the best time of the year with family and friends and give them gifts,Β  it’s that time of the year when you get ready for Santa and some Christmas surprises. Get the X-mas tree ready, sing some carols and get ready for some feasting with your family and friends.
December 25, which is celebrated as Christmas across the globe, marks the birth of Jesus Christ who was born to Mother Mary and Joseph in Bethlehem, Israel.

This study assessed subjective well-being before and after Christmas and New Year holidays. In contradiction to lay beliefs about these holidays, stress and conflict caused by its experience were weak, while participation in rituals was high and satisfactory, and positive emotions were dominant. High frequency of participation in ritualized family celebrations increased positive well-being: satisfaction with life, perceived social well-being, and the balance of affective well-being. Satisfaction with rituals had an impact on positive affect, satisfaction with life and positive family climate, while participation frequency was more relevant for social support and lower loneliness level. Conflict experienced during Christmas increased negative affect and negative emotional family climate, while it undermined positive affect, satisfaction with life and social well-being.

      1. I am studying maths πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚ lol and after that I would study science. And in evening I would have korma with some khambeeri . Its how I celebrate Christmas. Maybe I will bring some pastries in eve and play some songs and have a dance. My uncle came and gave me Christmas cake made of wine ; dry fruits etc etc
